De las prohibiciones de las bolsas de empleo. Queda prohibido a las bolsas de empleo

El cobro de suma alguna por cualquier concepto a los usuarios de los servicios de la bolsa de empleo.

Prestar servicios de gestión y colocación a oferentes que no pertenezcan a la población para la cual les fueron estos servicios.

Ejercer cualquiera de las acciones contempladas en el artículo 35 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo.

Ejercer las actividades de que trata el artículo 35 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo.
