Art. 2.° Facúltase á dichos Administradores de hacienda nacional para que nombren, en los distritos donde haya existencias de Bienes desamortizados, un Agente su balterno que desempeñará las funciones que le señala el Código Fiscal nacional y el decreto número 265 citado. Tales nombramientos se harán en personas competentes y serán remetidos á la aprobación del Poder Ejecutivo.
