El Fondo de Reservas de Bonos Pensionales será administrado por la Dirección del Tesoro Nacional, la cual podrá contratar dicha actividad con una entidad pública o privada, de conformidad con los artículos 46 del Decreto 2112 de 1992 y 99 del Decreto 111 de 1997. Dicho Fondo deberá invertir los recursos que reciba en condiciones de seguridad, rentabilidad y liquidez, con sujeción a las limitaciones previstas por el artículo 26 del Decreto-ley 1299 de 1994. Los recursos podrán ser invertidos en el exterior con sujeción a las disposiciones que rijan la materia.
