Transitorio . Las reservas presupuestales y cuentas por pagar de la vigencia fiscal de 2004 y las que hubieran del 2005, debidamente constituidas con cargo al presupuesto de las entidades que se fusionan y de los fondos de manejo especial de cuenta serán ejecutadas por la Agencia Presidencial para la Acción Social y la Cooperación Internacional, Acción Social.
