Ámbito de aplicación. Los lineamientos sobre fiscalización dispuestos en este Decreto serán aplicados por el Ministerio de Minas y Energía o la entidad a quien este delegue o a quien se tercerice la fiscalización, respecto de los títulos mineros y de los subcontratos de formalización minera.
