Art. 4.º Los pagos de sueldos de la misma Sección hechos en la Litografía hasta la publicación de este Decreto, serán legalizados con los otros gastos de ésta, con imputación al Capítulo 60, Gastos varios, Artículo 372 del Presupuesto de Gastos vigente; y los que en lo sucesivo se hicieren en dicha Sección, serán imputables al Capítulo 53, artículo 357 de dicho Presupuesto.
