ARTICULO 119. Mesada pensional en diciembre. Los pensionados de que trata este Estatuto o las personas a quienes de acuerdo con las normas legales se transmite el derecho pensional, recibirán cada año, dentro de la primera quincena del mes de diciembre, el valor correspondiente a una mensualidad en forma adicional a su pensión. Dicha suma no podrá exceder de quince (15) veces el salario mínimo legal. CAPITULO III Prestaciones por muerte SECCION PRIMERA Muerte en actividad o en goce de pensión
