Gastos de transporte. Es el valor a reconocer a la persona natural o jurídica que demuestre haber incurrido en gastos de transporte y movilización de la víctima, desde el sitio de la ocurrencia del accidente de tránsito, del evento catastrófico de origen natural, del evento terrorista o de otro evento aprobado, hasta la institución prestadora de servicios de salud pública o privada a donde aquella sea trasladada. El valor de la indemnización por gasto de transporte no incluye el transporte de la víctima entre distintas instituciones prestadoras de servicios de salud. (Artículo 21 del Decreto 56 de 2015)
