Artículo tercero. El Ministro de Agricultura, por medio de resolución y en vista de las solicitudes formuladas y del informe rendido por la comisión de que trata el artículo anterior, señalará el precio de venta de cada una de las parcelas, y el valor total de las ventas ingresará al Departamento de Investigación Agropecuaria (D.I.A.).
