Si la sentencia dictada en el juicio a que se refiere el artículo anterior, fuere favorable al denunciante, se procederá a conferirle la personería por medio de poder extendido en instrumento público en que se tendrán en cuenta las prescripciones legales y las estipulaciones del contrato celebrado con el denunciante favorecido por el fallo y las demás circunstancias que en él se determinen.
