Art. 4° Los individuos que quieran internar sal marina de la producida en las costas del territorio de la Union, asegurarán los derechos de que tratan los artículos 2.° i 3.° en la Aduana del puerto habilitado mas próximo al centro de produccion de la sal, proveyéndose allí mismo de la correspondiente guia.
