º. Medallista en máxima categoría. Se entiende por medallista en máxima categoría, aquel deportista que ha obtenido el tope de rendimiento en la correspondiente disciplina o modalidad deportiva, lo cual debe ser certificado por la Federación Internacional a través de la Federación Colombiana.
