Art.4. ° Los juicios que se sigan para la averiguacion de las faltas que se cometan contra las prohibiciones contenidas en los artículos anteriores serán juicios breves i sumarios de policía, en los cuales solo se dará a los sindicados, si pudieran ser habidos, el término suficiente para prestar sus descargos: acto continuo de dictará la sentencia del caso, absolutorio o condenatoria.
