º . Competencia del Ministerio de Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial . Para efectos de esta norma, el Ministerio de Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial será competente para la autorización de las actividades señaladas en el artículo 2º del presente decreto, cuando se trate de Organismos Vivos Modificados, OVM, exclusivamente para uso ambiental.
