Al entrar a la deliberación, el Presidente propondrá al Consejo el siguiente interrogatorio, en pliego que debe agregarse al proceso:

¿El acusado N N es responsable, sí o no, conforme al auto de pro ceder, de (aquí se determinará el hecho o hechos, detallando las circunstancias que lo constituyen)

Parágrafo

Cuando el juicio verse sobre alguno de los delitos de que trata el Artículo 29 de la Constitución, el Presidente agregará al interrogatorio la siguiente pregunta:

¿El acusado N N ha cometido los hechos que se mencionan en la cuestión anterior, con las siguientes circunstancias o alguna de ellas (se indicarán los hechos que en el caso de que se trata constituyen el máximum de gravedad conforme a la ley)
