Articulo 16. A todas las cuentas de cobro por becas nacionales, se acompañará una nómina triplicada de los alumnos que las disfrutan. La nómina requiere el Visto Bueno del Jefe de la Sección de Becas del Ministerio. Los Directores de los establecimientos oficiales remitirán mensualmente al Ministerio, una copia de la nómina presentada por concepto de alumnos becados.
