ARTICULO 129 . FACULTADES EN LA INDAGACIÓN PRELIMINAR . Para el cumplimiento de los fines de la indagación preliminar, el funcionario que la adelante hará uso de los medios de prueba legalmente reconocidos y podrá oír en versión al servidor público, para determinar la individualización o identificación de los intervinientes en el hecho investigado.
