º Las funciones señaladas por este Decreto á los Intendentes Divisionarios serán desempeñadas por los Jefes de Estado Mayor de Brigada ó por un Jefe delegado de éste, en las fuerzas que no estén acantonadas en el lugar de residencia del Intendente ó del Jefe de Estado Mayor de Brigada, según el caso.
