Artículo tercero. Si el medio de divulgación empleado fuere publicación impresa o radiodifundida, o el cinematógrafo, o la televisión, o discurso ante una reunión o asamblea públicas, la multa será de mil pesos ($ 1.000.00) a diez mil pesos ($ 10.000.00), para el delito de injuria, y de dos mil pesos ($ 2.000.00) a veinte mil pesos ($ 20.000.00) para el delito de calumnia. Estas sanciones se aplicarán teniendo en cuenta la gravedad de la ofensa, la amplitud de difusión que hubiere tenido y la capacidad económica del infractor.
