DE LAS SANCIONES POR ADMITIR LA INTERVENCIÓN DE PERSONAS AFECTADAS POR LAS PROHIBICIONES E INCOMPATIBILIDADES. Quienes como funcionarios o miembros de las Juntas o Consejos Directivos de los organismos a que se refiere este Decreto admitieren la intervención de cualquier persona afectada por las prohibiciones e incompatibilidades que en él se consagran, incurrirán en mala conducta y deberán ser sancionados de acuerdo con la ley.
