El Colegio Profesional de Geógrafos conceptuará sobre la concesión de licencias especiales y temporales para el ejercicio de la profesión a extranjeros, cuando su concurso sea conveniente o necesario, particularmente cuando se trate de especialidades que no se practiquen en el país o lo sean con niveles científicos poco desarrollados.
