Los inversionistas de capital del exterior deberán nombrar un apoderado en Colombia de acuerdo a los términos previstos en la legislación colombiana. Para la inversión de portafolio, el apoderado será la respectiva entidad administradora. Los inversionistas y sus representantes legales o apoderados responderán solidariamente por el cumplimiento de las obligaciones de registro de que trata el presente decreto:'
