º. Una vez se haya constituído el Instituto Nacional de Financiamiento Cooperativo, previsto en el Decreto número 1630 de 1963, y según las normas en él consignadas, el Gobierno suscribirá en acciones o títulos de aporte la suma de cinco millones de pesos ($ 5.000.000), los que pagará en contados bimestrales de un millón de pesos ($1.000.000) cada uno, dentro de la vigencia de 1968.
