° Las operaciones de compra de terreno, amortización de lotes, urbanización y otras que impliquen erogación de los fondos públicos nacionales que se entreguen al Municipio de Girardot para la adquisición del globo de terreno de que trata el artículo 1° de este Decreto, se adelantarán necesariamente-por conducto de la Seccional de la Caja de Crédito Agrario Industrial y Minero.
