Artículo décimoprimero. No habrá lugar al cobro del subsidio, sobre los vehículos a los cuales les fuere cancelada la matricula, o sean retirados del servicio por orden de las autoridades de tránsito, particularmente en razón de su deficiente funcionamiento mecánico o deterioro de sus demás partes. Las autoridades de tránsito quedan en la obligación de comunicar inmediatamente a la Corporación la cancelación de la matrícula o el retiro del servicio que se produzca en cada caso.
