Permítese la existencia y funcionamiento de laboratorios dentales para el ejercicio exclusivo de la prótesis o mecánica dental sobre modelos, bajo la inmediata dependencia y dirección de un odontólogo titulado. A quienes se ocuparen de esta rama de la Odontología, les queda prohibido ejecutar trabajos directamente sobre pacientes. Los que contravinieren a esta disposición serán castigados con multas sucesivas de veinticinco pesos ($25).
