- INGRESOS OPERACIONALES. Para la aplicación de las normas contenidas en los artículos anteriores, los ingresos operacionales generados por los servicios prestados a personas naturales o jurídicas se entenderán realizados en el municipio donde opere la principal, sucursal, agencia u oficinas abiertas al público. Para estos efectos las entidades financieras deberán comunicar a la Superintendencia Bancaria el movimiento de sus operaciones discriminadas por las principales, sucursales, agencias u oficinas abiertas al público que operen en los municipios (Decr. 1333 de 1986, art. 211).
