El artículo 27 del Decreto 992 de 1981 quedará así: "Cuando ocurra incumplimiento de las obligaciones pactadas, el INCOMEX podrá suspender la aprobación de solicitudes de importación, modificaciones, adiciones o aumentos del monto anual de importaciones con cargo al respectivo contrato, hasta tanta se subsane el incumplimiento".
