Las empresas comunitarias deberán enviar al Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria, copia de los estados financieros elaborados a las fechas de corte establecidas, dentro del mes siguiente a su presentación a la asamblea general y a la aprobación por parte de ésta.
