º. Del Consejo Directivo. El Consejo Directivo estará integrado de conformidad con el artículo 8º del Decreto 2146 de 1992, por

a)

El Ministro de Trabajo y Seguridad Social o su Delegado quien lo presidirá;

b)

El Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público o su Delegado;

c)

El Director del Departamento Administrativo de la Función pública, o su Delegado;

d)

El Gerente de la Corporación Nacional de Turismo o su Delegado;

e)

Un (1) Representante de los Servidores Públicos, con su respectivo suplente;

f)

Un (1) Representante de los Pensionados del Sector Público, con su respectivo Suplente.

Parágrafo 1

El Director Ejecutivo de Prosocial asistirá a las reuniones del Consejo Directivo con derecho a voz pero sin voto.

Parágrafo 2

Actuará como Secretario del Consejo Directivo, el Secretario General de la Entidad.
