º . Traspaso de Funciones. Las funciones que viene desempeñando la Dirección Nacional del Derecho de Autor y las demás relacionadas con la materia serán ejercidas por la Superintendencia de Industria y de Comercio a través del despacho del Superintendente Delegado para la Propiedad Industrial, dentro de los cuatro meses siguientes a la fecha de entrada en vigencia del presente decreto.
