Los exalumnos que se encuentren en goce de pensión tendrán derecho a que por el Tesoro Público se les pague una mesada de Navidad igual a la pensión, que hayan devengado el 30 de noviembre del respectivo año, la que debe pagarse en la primera quincena del mes de diciembre.
