Es empleado Civil del Ramo de Guerra la persona civil a quien legalmente se le nombre para desempeñar un cargo en las dependencias del Ministerio de Guerra, de las Fuerzas Militares o de la Policía Nacional, y tome posesión del mismo, sea cual fuere su remuneración que le corresponde.
