Art. 15.° Cuando el Poder Ejecutivo nacional a los Presidentes de los Estados, en tiempo de guerra espulsen del territorio de la República o confinen de un Estado a otro de la Union a los ministros de alguna relijion, el estrañamiento se llevará a efecto por todo el tiempo señalado, aun despues de restablecido el órden público, si así lo creyere conveniente la autoridad que lo decretó.
