Art. 267. Luégo que el Juez conoce de la causa advierta que se ha incurrido en alguna de las faltas expresadas en los artículos264 y 265, siempre que no haya dictado todavía sentencia, repondrá el suceso que se subsane el defecto. Si el negocio es de aquellos que se debe proceder de oficio, no es necesario, para que se decrete la reposición, que proceda pedimento de parte; pero sí en el caso contrario.
