En todo contrato de exploración, explotación o prorroga de concesiones petrolíferas que celebre el Gobierno, se incluirá una clausula en virtud de la cual los contratistas se obliguen a permitir, en sus respectivos trabajos la práctica de los alumnos autorizados de la Escuela Industrial del Petróleo.
