El artículo 98 del Decreto 2666 de 1984, quedará así: "Artículo 98. Término para introducir las mercancías en las zonas francas. Toda mercancía que llegue a territorio nacional y que cumpla los requisitos señalados en el artículo 94 de este Decreto, deberá ingresar físicamente a las áreas de su jurisdicción. Si transcurridos treinta (30) días calendario del arribo al territorio nacional, las mercancías no han ingresado en zona franca, se declararán abandonadas a favor de la Nación.
