° El Gobierno, por decreto posterior, determinará la Planta de Personal de los empleados necesarios para el cumplimiento de las funciones propias de las distintas dependencias del Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Transporte, con lo cual quedará adicionada la Planta de Personal que por este Decreto se establece.
