Suspensión de una determinada providencia. Cuando la cuestión prejudicial de que tratan los numerales 1 y 2 del artículo 170 exista respecto de un determinado auto, el juez, si lo considera necesario, deberá suspender su pronunciamiento hasta que el proceso se halle en estado de dictar sentencia, cumplido lo cual proferirá dicho auto.
