° La Federación Nacional de Cafeteros que de conformidad con contratos vigentes con el Gobierno, tiene hoy a su cargo la distribución y venta de sales marítimas, deberá adoptar los sistemas de contabilidad y de control, que la contraloría General de la República señale al efecto y se someterá a la organización comercial que se dé a las salinas marítimas.
