La provisión de los empleos creados mediante el presente decreto se efectuará de forma gradual, conforme al orden de provisión definido en el artículo 2.2.5.3.5 del Decreto número 1083 de 2015, y las normas que lo modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan, así como las directrices impartidas por la Comisión Nacional del Servicio Civil (CNSC) a través de la Circular Externa número 2023RS005458 de 2023 o aquella que haga sus veces.
