ARTICULO 72. Prima de orden público. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional que presten sus servicios en lugares donde se desarrollen operaciones policiales para restablecer el orden público, tendrán derecho a una prima mensual de orden público equivalente al veinticinco por ciento (25%) del sueldo básico. El Ministerio de Defensa Nacional determinará las zonas y condiciones en que debe pagarse esta prima.
