Cuotas Partes pensionales . La administración de las cuotas partes pensionales por cobrar y por pagar, reconocidas con posterioridad a la fecha de traslado de las competencias indicadas en el artículo 2.2.10.18.4. de este decreto al Fondo de Pasivo Social de Ferrocarriles Nacionales de Colombia, así como las posteriores al traslado de la función de que trata el artículo 2.2.10.18.1. del presente decreto a la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión Pensional y Contribuciones Parafiscales de la Protección Social (Ugpp), estará a cargo de esta Unidad.
