Artículo segundo. A partir del 1° de enero de 1963, quedan aumentados los salarios rurales superiores a los mínimos vigentes en 31 de diciembre de 1962 y que no excedan de tres mil pesos ($3.000.00) mensuales, incluidos los de actividades de producción o explotación del banano, en tres pesos ($3.00) diarios.
