º De acuerdo con el artículo 2 de la Ley 14 de este año desde las ocho de la mañana hasta las cuatro de la tarde del domingo próximo, 10 de mayo queda prohibido el tránsito de los ciudadanos de un Municipio a otro,-por los ferrocarriles, carreteras, caminos públicos o privadas, con el fin de evitar que un mismo individuo sufragas en dos o más Municipios y con el de impedir desórdenes. La violación de este precepto se castigará can arresto hasta de noventa días, que impondrá la autoridad política del respectivo Municipio.
