Competencia para demandas e investigaciones . El Jefe de la Oficina Seccional de Escalafón conocerá de las quejas que se formulen sobre irregularidades en el nombramiento y/o posesión de los educadores y administrativos, y procederá a demandar la nulidad de los actos, siempre que haya mérito para ello, y a promover las investigaciones disciplinarias correspondientes.
