Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo para que contrate con el Profesor doctor Luis María Rivas los servicios de este como especialista en estudios científicos de Anatomía en la cátedra respectiva de la Facultad de Medicina de la Universidad Nacional, pudiendo para ello destinar la suma hasta de cuatrocientos pesos mensuales.
