Bonificación por servicios prestados. La bonificación por servicios prestados a que tienen derecho los empleados del Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (Sena) continuará reconociéndose en los términos establecidos en el artículo 10 del Decreto 415 de 1979 y en cuantía equivalente al treinta y ocho por ciento (38%), considerando que todos los empleos de la entidad tienen actualmente sueldos superiores a dos millones novecientos cuarenta y un mil quinientos ochenta y nueve pesos ($2.941.589) m/cte.
