El artículo 15 del Decreto 2666 de 1984, quedará así: “Suspensión de nuevas declaraciones. Cuando un declarante no cancele los créditos aduaneros exigibles dentro de los tres (3) meses siguientes a la ejecutoria de la liquidación oficial, el Director General de Aduanas ordenará a las administraciones de aduana que se abstengan de aceptar nuevas declaraciones presentadas por dicho declarante. Esta suspensión no se extenderá a quienes hayan realizado actuaciones de intermediación aduanera”.
