Decreto 2291 de 2003 · Por el cual se reglamenta la composicion y funcionamiento del consejo nacional de las artes y la cultura en cinematografia, la eleccion y designacion de algunos de sus miembros.

º . Elección de los representantes de los Consejos Departamentales de la Cinematografía. Cada uno de los diferentes Consejos Departamentales de la Cinematografía, que se encuentren debidamente constituidos y registrados en la Dirección de Cinematografía del Ministerio de Cultura, propondrá un candidato por cada una de las siguientes regiones agrupadas así

a)

Caribe: San Andrés y Providencia, Guajira, Magdalena, Cesar, Atlántico, Bolívar, Córdoba, Sucre, Cartagena de Indias Distrito Turístico y Cultural, Distrito Turístico Cultural e Histórico de Santa Marta y Barranquilla Distrito Especial Industrial y Portuario;

b)

Occidente: Chocó, Valle, Cauca, Nariño, Antioquia, Risaralda, Caldas, Quindío;

c)

Centro Oriente: Santander, Norte de Santander, Boyacá, Cundinamarca, Huila, Tolima y Bogotá Distrito Capital;

d)

Orinoquia: Arauca, Casanare, Meta, Guaviare, Guainía, Vaupés, Vichada;

e)

Amazonia: Amazonas, Caquetá, Putumayo.

Parágrafo

Entre los representantes de cada una de las regiones se elegirá un (1) representante único ante el Consejo Nacional de las Artes y la Cultura en Cinematografía.
